The 12th Annual Women Investing in Nebraska Grants Celebration breaks records! For the first time in WIN’s history, we were able to award two grants over $100,000 totaling $220,684.
The event featured UNMC graduate and WIN member, Connie Ryan, with a keynote about women in philanthropy.
Congratulations to our 2023 grant recipients, theUniversity of Nebraska College of Law Children’s Justice Clinic, which provides legal representation to vulnerable Nebraska children; and to a Nebraska Panhandle Area Health Education Center program, which seeks to grow the rural healthcare workforce pipeline.
Both recipients were voted on by the 259 women in WIN and awarded a grant to fund their bold, innovative approaches to issues in Nebraska.
